You see, my parents were in India when my mother became heavy with child.

And for a number of months I was carried around reading Tagore to pass the time.

My parents then decided to return to this green and pleasant land as we had a lovely house in Berkhamsted.

It is a funny feeling to have visited a country that one has never seen.
