I consider the movie to be cinematic poetry

The scene on the pumice slopes haunts me to this day

How I longed to be the eldest daughter

On the island of Lipari which is off the coast of Sicily

My favourite character was Saro in the episode towards the end of the movie when Pirandello visits his mothers ghost

It is just when Pirandello remembers Saro’s name

It gets me every time

I have asked Outlaw to write a fiction about this

Yes after a great deal of persuasion
