I noticed that she had a blue tattoo

In the area just above her bum

Made in Zurich

It was an enigmatic message

Or so I thought

As my girlfriend was Yorkshire born

Unlike my parents her mother and father

Had been divorced many years

Her mother lived in the USA

And her father in West London

This oddity really faded

From my immediate thoughts

Until the day before our wedding

When I met her mother for the first time

I told her that my name was Guy

And she said that her name was Romy Simon
