Mummy

You have probably heard by now that Josie went a little crazy

I became so happy that I began to question it

It happened on a beach in Cannes

I was drowning on a dry beach

Was this a one off

No it has been coming for a while

I had felt myself changing

I became like Joe but without his anger

I felt myself dropping into his abyss

But he deals with it most of the time

I was unable to do so as I am not as strong

I went on a bender

I met a bottle named Stella

And went on the rampage with Sappho

Marie-Claude Monique and an unknown German girl all helped me

I have been on a journey Mummy

And then Joe came down to fetch me

At times he is a Christlike figure to me

I do not know what Daddy would have made of it

Was God punishing me I wondered

I am an easy girl Mummy

I call them passions

But they control me

My brother is my deep love but I betray him

He is so tolerant

Do not worry about me

I am just a bit dotty at present

I will come to see you the minute we return to Blighty
