Joe is Home/Josie is Travelling

Summers to me are days that do not darken bright colours beautiful perfumed gardens happy hours by the sea

This year it is all about elections

Here in the UK it is likely that the comrades will get in which if you think about it is worrying as really they do not have a clue

The comrades never have a clue

Three Sixty they are not

It will not be long before decent people are offended

The important thing is how strong the opposition is

A feature of the run in has been the mud slinging on both sides which has been as childish as the behaviours of the children at Glastonbury this year

The Reform guys have come in for a lot with so many lies being spread about them

They are referred to as the Hard Right which is a nonsense

They are right of centre yes but that is all

The same can be said of the NR in France who are in my view not extreme

If they do win then it goes without saying that violence will follow and people will get hurt

As much as I do not want Keira to live in Number 10 I certainly will not be throwing my toys out of the pram

Do you know why

Because I respect the democratic process

God Joe what a radical way to look at things

I have been reading a great deal about Mrs Thatcher recently and whilst I did not agree with her at the time on many things she was a visionary and does not belong to the same Conservative Party as we have today

No UK leader on either side has come close to her in the years since

The trouble is that when countries are run by small people they become small and that is the reason that Europe is leaning to the right

America is going to be interesting in the next few months but that is another subject

Joe

Yes Joe

It is summer mate

Really I almost forgot about it

You are a poet

Go out with your notebook and share you pen

Josie is okay as Cora is looking after her so do not worry

Everybody visits the abyss from time to time

It is not pretty

But most return

See your fictional pen is quite gentle

Just use ink my friend

As acid burns
