The masculine mist was clearing from the early sky

H Helga was busy within her morning

Dress

Breakfast

Fencing with Fairbanks

 

As I approached the fencing room

Fresh from my bed

I was stopped by a member of the Vatican Guard  

Who blocked my passive entrance

Without discussion

 

So I descended the main staircase

Towards the swimming pool

And swam for an hour

Before I was joined by H Helga

And her Swedish mother

 

Douglas Fairbanks had decided not to swim

And was served black coffee

By our Ghanaian maid

Under the rich red Ibex tree

 

Later as we sat together around the pool

We all agreed how beautiful the profiles

Of the Zen Trees were

Against the F Fex Feminine sky
