Travels with Tryphena

We are in the part of England known as Hardy Country. Tryphena and I are collecting mud samples from the cambers of main roads.

At present we only examine class A roads but we have plans in the future to enclose both B class and escape roads in our studies.

Bathing with Bathsheba

Each night she invites me to share her bath

As we both have an interest

In the properties of lime scale

And its reaction on enamel surfaces

Sue Sitting in a Shallow Boat

Watches me paint the lily pads green

And collect posies

For our kitchen table

When my other colours arrive

I will paint these flowers
