Little Gillian


Although she was little more than a child Little Gillian often dreamt of removing her fathers shotgun from the shed
And standing in the lane near their farm pointing it at the machines of destruction
She would ask them nicely at first to turn around and return to where they had come from
If refused she would then fill their tyres with shot so that they could not move forwards
But it was a little girl against the world and even in her dreams Little Gillian realised this
