I had been at my Art School for just over a month
When I was asked to sketch a life model called Stephen
Using only coloured pencils and charcoal
All went well for for an hour until I was called
To add her ginger maiden hair
This occupation proved very difficult
As I did not possess a ginger pencil
So without another thought I resigned by position
And left the art school without regret
Later that week I met the life model
In a dreamy black burger bar
And thanked her for colouring her pubic hairs
As this had allowed me to leave the art school under a cloud
We are now married and I work in a home furnishings shop in Highgate
That sells ginger paints and ginger sails and ginger maps of Reigate
