In the Church
Viola and I were sitting in the pews of a busy church
We were both drinking coffee from mugs one and two
I was a little embarrassed as I was wearing only a pair of brief undershorts
Under my naval dressing gown
Vila sensed my embarrassment and gave me the o from her first name
This touched me greatly
As I knew she could not travel without it
The curate and the new vicar
Were building a small wall
With damp sandbags
As a storm was expected
Mugs One & Two
As she was caressing
The curate’s balls
I slipped the missing letter
Into Viola’s coffee mug
Without her knowing
She left the church soon after
And took my brief undershorts
With her as an act of revenge
The curate and the new vicar
Gave me sanctuary that evening
And gave me a new business suit
On Saint Crotone’s Day
