We arrived home damp in the silk winds
I showered almost immediately and left you in the Coconut Grove
You were cleaning the room naked
When I saw you again
I asked you why you had removed your clothes
You replied that you had not had the advantage of a shower
I held you in my arms
We made love
As you relaxed naked in my arms
You noted that I again was as sweaty
As I had been
And that my shower had been of no consequence
Later we bathed together
And watched the silk winds
As they slowly announced the evening
