Jane B Anglaise

Whilst waiting for a train I found a bee on the platform
The tiny creature appeared to be dead but I knew better
As I could see it breathing in a settled way
What ails you my friend

I asked of the insect

It did not answer me straight away as its stare was confined to the endless rails nearby
Go west young man
It suddenly said to me
I did not answer and stared at the endless rails nearby
Go west I say again
What ails you my gentle creature

There is no beauty to the east of my situation

But to the west beauty still exists in abundance

Is this the reason for your incapacity

My name is Jane B and I am an English bee

Bees have names

Yes we are all named after songs written in French

May I sing

Signalement
Yeux bleus
Cheveux châtains
Jane B.
Anglaise
De sexe féminin
Forgive me if I interrupt you but my name is also Jain B but my gender differs as you can see Jane B

The bee did not answer me and was again staring at the endless rails nearby
In the distance I could hear a train thundering towards the station
And I knew then that the Pope had just died and it would soon be time to elect a new Pope
