At last we were together on our cabin bed

You were wearing a vest and nothing else

But I am still fully dressed as I can hear

A distant storm raging against our shared

God is good so very good as he has given us

Everything that we love and admire

He even gave you that small rose tattoo

That subtly decorates your tidy arse

You were once sacked from a movie

Because you refused to cover it up during

the production of a period drama

That was when you gave up your career

As an actress and joined me on the road

We have visited many deserts but the

Desert of the Rain Shadows
