Dearest Adeline 

I trust that you are well 

This is going to be a short letter as I am about to land 

My thought is- 

That each summer you only really remember one day 

My memory of last summer was when you visited me at the research station 

You brought your orange bikini with you even though it sub zero outside 

There I have landed safely and only have another twelve hours to travel 

By the time you read this I will have been at the base for a couple of days 

I have given pride of place to your orange bikini in my only locked drawer 

As I do not want to share you with anyone however nice they are
