Sartre once said

I am alone in the midst

Of these happy reasonable voices 

All these creatures spend their time 

Explaining realising happily 

That they agree with each other 

In Heavens name why is it so important 

To think the same things all together 

 

What has that to do with us Anna

Not much

Then why mention it

I thought that you would be interested

 

I am not interested in what others think and do

I am just interested in you and our life here by the sea

What others do as long as they do not infringe my space

Is up to them I have no interest in these pathetic creatures

 

I do not respect other peoples flawed opinions

They mean nothing to me

They only huddle together for warmth

As they hate being exposed
