I have spent most of the morning
Rescuing Snow Bees from the winter’s dust
It is a tiring pastime as sometimes they are deeply hidden
As with most creatures the snow slowly suffocates them
Or if they are lucky they freeze to death
My success rate is only one in six
Which is rather low considering where I live
At present six bees are recovering in front of my fire
There was seven but one flew into the flames about an hour ago
This was distressing but I was told that the creature had suicidal thoughts
My name is Jack B and I live with my sister Jane B
Jane and I are both twenty-eight having been born on the same day of the same year
We have been rescuing Snow Bees for the past twenty years here in the city of Bath
