We are heading at speed

Towards our beach side villa

 

I am a successful writer

And now live in Antibes

That is the only fact of my life

 

I found 20DS begging on a Paris street

She was feeding a habit

So I took her under my wing

 

I had no ulterior motive

Even though she is very beautiful

I just wanted a companion

 

We have been together for five years

And she recently told me in confidence

That her birth name was Muriel

 

That was the first thing that she had revealed

This suits us both as we are very close friends
