I was going to wear a summer dress today

As I felt the day needed bright colours

But I decided against it as the wind was cool

So I wore my jeans a chic sweatshirt

And my blue black shades

I was off to see Peter at the gallery

To chat to him about illustrating

I also waved Mummy off at Paddington

But I was happy with myself


I loved your story about the beggar who asked you for money

I knew that you would fall foul one day

By saying that you are deaf or at least hard of hearing

You should have at least have learnt how to sign

There is a God Joe as somebody somewhere has a sense of humour

You do make me laugh so much at times
