All I wanted was an obedient wife

But dear Katherina is far removed

My outward journey was calm

Due to my outstanding knowledge

Of our underground network

I waited alone on Platform 5

And was at peace with the world

Such was the silence of my travel

I was due to meet Katherina in Bath

The City of the Caesars no less

Our return journey was that of harmony

Until we arrived at the platform of my departure

When I discovered to my horror that my wife

Possessed a great knowledge of the underground network

Fierce words were exchanged alarming our fellow travellers

Yet instead of going our separate ways Katherina acquiesced

And remained silent as I did for the full length of our return journey
